How invisalign Clear Aligners work
Why choose Invisalign Clear Aligners over traditional braces?
While both traditional braces and clear aligners can effectively straighten teeth, the overall cost difference between the two is now smaller than ever. With clear aligners offering a more comfortable, removable, and discreet experience—without a significant increase in price—it’s easy to see why many patients are choosing aligners over braces. Why endure the discomfort and visibility of metal brackets when you can achieve the same beautiful results with a more comfortable, modern alternative?
| Traditional Braces | Clear Aligners | |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Obvious wires and brackets | Nearly invisible trays that blend well with your teeth |
| Comfort | Brackets can scratch, rub and irritate cheeks | Smooth trays that cause minimal discomfort |
| Oral Hygiene | Harder to clean - higher risk of cavities | Completely removable - easy to maintain to your usual oral routine |
| Diet | Food restrictions (no hard, sticky foods) | Remove the aligners and eat whatever you'd like |
| Appointments | Regular tightening visits every 4–6 weeks | Faster in & out visits to check progress and pick up more trays |
An aesthetically pleasing smile is just a bonus!
Clear aligners do more than create a beautiful smile—they’re also an important treatment for improving oral health. By gently guiding teeth into proper alignment, clear aligners can help correct issues such as crossbite, overbite, underbite, crowding, and other forms of malocclusion. Addressing these problems not only enhances appearance but also supports healthier teeth and gums, reduces uneven wear, and can improve overall function and comfort. In the end, clear aligner therapy is about more than aesthetics—in short, it’s a medical treatment designed to promote long-term dental health.
Cost & Payment Plans
We believe orthodontics should be an attainable option for more patients. Our comprehensive Invisalign treatment is $4,000, with competitive pricing designed to make treatment more accessible without compromising the quality of care you receive.
Pricing includes:
✵ All trays and follow-up appointments necessary for your ortho treatment
✵ A take-home whitening kit specially formulated to use with your aligners
✵ A set of clear retainers at the end of your treatment
Many dental insurance plans provide orthodontic benefits that may help reduce your out-of-pocket cost. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate (predetermination) to your insurance provider to give you a more accurate estimate of your coverage and expected cost.
We understand that this is a significant investment. To make Invisalign easier to fit into your budget, we offer several flexible payment options that allow you to spread the cost of treatment over time.
-
Already have a CareCredit account? Eligible orthodontic treatment may qualify for 12 or 24-month deferred-interest financing. Pay the balance in full within the promotional period to avoid interest charges.
-
Sunbit offers flexible monthly payment options based on credit approval. Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry and does not affect your credit score. Apply from home or with our team in the office, then choose from available monthly payment options.
-
Our in-office plan requires a $500 down payment, with the remaining balance divided into up to 12 monthly payments.
For patients with orthodontic insurance benefits, the down payment is reduced to a minimum of $250, and your estimated insurance contribution is deducted before calculating your monthly payments.
A card of your choice is kept securely on file for monthly payments. All payments must remain current before receiving additional aligners or final retainers.
Contact us for a Free Consultation
At your free consultation, we’ll take a quick digital scan of your mouth to create a precise 3D image of your smile. This allows us to show how clear aligners could help correct alignment or bite issues that may be affecting your teeth over time. Then we will review treatment options, pricing, and financing in a no-pressure setting—our goal is to provide information, not a sales pitch.
Whether you’d like to take some time to think it over or schedule your treatment that same day, we’ll be ready when you are.
