Our Team
Rafael has over a decade of experience as a dental assistant, having graduated from an accelerated program in 2014; in 2023 he decided to further his skills getting his Expanded Functions. He is committed to patient care and strives to create a harmonious and pleasant experience for all patients.
Outside of work, Rafael loves to play board games with his wife, take photos along the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail in Ashland City and spend time with his two golden retrievers at home in Chapmansboro.

Reese is a 2024 graduate of South College Nashville, where she earned both her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees. During her time in school, she briefly worked as a dental assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Reese is dedicated to making patients feel as comfortable as possible and strives to create a more positive, pleasant dental experience. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Katya Martinez
Katya graduated from South College with her bachelor’s degree in 2025 after four years of experience as a dental assistant, providing her with a strong clinical foundation. She has a passion for preventative care and as a bilingual provider, she is committed to improving care for Spanish-speaking patients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering local food spots.

Carson is a 2018 graduate of TSU where she obtained her degree in dental hygiene. She was born and raised in Ashland City and currently resides here with her husband and son. She has a passion for dentistry and enjoys educating her patients on different ways to maintain their oral health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at their farm.

Haley Newman
Haley is a Patient Care Coordinator with approximately seven years of experience in the dental field, including extensive knowledge of dental insurance. She enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and benefits while making their experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
As a Cheatham County native, caring for our local community is especially meaningful to her. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and getting lost in a good book.

Faith Zavala
Faith does many different things around our office including managing our online presence and helping out wherever she can.
Outside of her professional life, Faith finds pleasure in activities such as tending to her garden, crafting, and curling up with a soft blanket and a good book. Her favorite activity, however, is spending quality time with her husband and their golden retrievers at their home in Chapmansboro.
